Career Guidance and Counseling Centre, LCWU, organized Anger Management Training for students on 11th April, 2023 Ms. Samina Uzair Student Counselor/Psychologist was resource person of the event. The target areas of workshop included: concept of anger, identification of triggers and management of anger. The students of various departments of LCWU actively participated in the workshop. The purpose of this workshop was to develop understanding about the effects of aggressive behavior on people and others in their lives.
