Training Session organized by Career Guidance and Counselling Centre (CGCC)

In a recent Training Session organized by Career Guidance and Counselling Centre (CGCC) LCWU, administrative and support staff of intermediate college engaged in an insightful discussion led by campus psychologists on the significance of mental health in shaping professional attitudes and workplace ethics. The activity was held under the patronage of worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Shagufta Naz and support of respected Principal Intermediate College, LCWU Dr. Aqsa Shabbir. The training was held on 3rd May, 2024, Ms. Mamoona Riaz and Ms. Samina Uzair were resource persons of the event.Through interactive activities and discussions, participants explored practical strategies to integrate mental well-being into their daily routines, recognizing its profound impact on job performance and interpersonal dynamics. The session aimed to empower staff with tools to prioritize self-care while fulfilling their professional responsibilities, fostering a healthier and more productive work environment. The participants were also guided about indicators of mental health problems among intermediate students and the practical wasy to guide and access available mental health facilities at LCWU.
